A quick peek at what’s going on the flip side of feminism – where it’s all about women.

Geoffrey Rush broke down in court as evidence was heard in his defamation claim against The Daily Telegraph. His wife Jane Menelaus told the libel trial that he never wants to act again and he has “retreated from the world”. Meanwhile, however, Sydney Morning Herald published a piece entitled, “Presumption of innocence and the #MeToo backlash” which attempted to downplay that accusations on social media “can’t put a man in jail”, so what the hell, eh?

A coven of New York witches held a large-scale hexing of Brett Kavanaugh. It was reportedly their way of showing “resistance and resilience”. Alternatively, they are actual witches, which appears to justify connecting the fem-tribe with the occult. Fittingly, the hexing was held in a dimly lit venue called Catland, an occult bookshop. Penis shaped candles were pierced with nails and there were voodoo dolls imitating Kavanaugh and Trump. Honestly, you couldn’t make this sh*t up.

Woman murdered on Queensland beach. Clementine Ford declares, “Men are the problem.” Ta-da, that’s crime sorted then.

An inquiry into serial killer mother Kathleen Folbigg who murdered four of her own children could see her walk free. She is currently serving a 40-year-sentence. Understandably, the father of the children is reportedly distraught.

A women’s refuge in Newcastle spoke out about “gendered poverty” because clearly, the fact that the majority of homeless are men doesn’t raise as much cash.

Video emerged of a brawl in Adelaide. It’s reported a couple were having an argument and then turned on a man who tried to intervene. The 26-year-old woman was charged with aggravated assault – but remember, men are always to blame.

Senator David Leyonhjelm attempted to discuss an Office for Men in Senate Estimates. Larissa Waters quotes incorrect statistics claiming “women affected by domestic and family violence – 33 per cent”. Can whoever corrects her also tell her the male suicide rate?

A drunk mother whose seven-week-old daughter died when she fell asleep has avoided jail. Wonder why? #MeToo.

Sydney Morning Herald reported a New South Wales private school will employ “House Mothers” to watch over male boarders after a dorm mistress was “convicted of having sex with five boys.” Dear SMH, when boys are aged as young as 15 there are more specific, less euphemistic words for the offence.

An Irish woman confessed to fatally stabbing her fiancé in Sydney. The charge was downgraded as the woman claimed she had suffered “provocation and controlling behaviour” from the man and was struggling with PTSD.

A woman in Orono, US took her own life and that of her five-year-old son. She left a suicide note blaming the custody battle, which had ended in the father having joint parenting rights. So, a woman murders a child and still somehow manages to blame the father? Got it.

Bellevue Police Chief Steve Mylett said he believed the woman who falsely accused him of sexual assault should be held accountable. Cue outrage.
