Adam Bandt wants the Morrison government to emulate the Tories and pay workers who have lost their jobs because of coronavirus 80 per cent of their wages.

Unfortunately, Bandt also appears to want to either catch or spread coronavirus, going by his social media promo. This, apparently, is what he considers social distancing.

Perhaps he thinks it will be a good excuse to ask for more money from party members and supporters if he ends up on a ventilator — even if a few poor other sods have to catch coronavirus along the way.

After all, the Greens have never really been known for concern for those outside their strange little cult.
