I’ll tell you a tale and it won’t take me long, all climate alarmists are bastards.

Not only do they exaggerate their claims about the havoc so-called climate warming is causing on the planet, they simply ignore history.

Remember Tim Flannery’s claim it would never, ever rain again, or that all the oceans and seas fed by the melting icecaps would flood the entire planet save Mount Everest?

Them.

That may be mild exaggeration but exaggeration is their stock in trade.

They haven’t had a more profitable gig since the Y2K bug scam which had all the hallmarks of a Peter Foster slimming tea promotion.

The world did not come to a halt at midnight, December 31, 1999 much to the chagrin of all those who had shelled out millions to protect everything from their digital watches to their primitive personal computers.

It’s only a scam if you weren’t in on it.

Like now.

Flannery has serially predicted rainfall will continually diminish and Australia’s dams will never fill again.

Just before the country experienced record floods as dams overflowed.

It’s enough to make you get a bit hot under the collar.

While you sit about this weekend wondering whether you will survive Australia’s “unprecedented” heat wave, think again.

snip20170211_1Records may be broken, but they have been broken before.

These hot days have been here before but not for 50 years.

Those who remember the summer of 1968 – and who doesn’t – have seen it all before.

Particularly the group of new Duntroon cadets who were doing their basic training at Point Hut, Australia’s if not the world’s eucalypt, sheepshit and blowfly capital.

What goes round, comes round, particularly in Canberra.
