President Joe Biden insulted a class of Coast Guard Academy graduates during his commencement address on Wednesday, declaring to the group of cadets that they are ‘a really dull class’.
The President seemed to get increasingly frustrated throughout his speech as the cadets rarely clapped at his applause lines or laughed at his jokes.
