Anyone who spends too much time watching their ABC will see the relentless attack on Christianity playing out. It’s as if the obsession with this one religion, in particular, is blinding people to the problems with all others.

Let’s take Islam, for instance.

Nervous? Why? Is this more untouchable than Christianity?

While The Drum panel merrily discuss the Anglican Church banning yoga from the premises, a so-called “conservative activist” who wanted to discuss Sharia law has confronted actress Alyssa Milano.

Milano was on a panel in Los Angeles discussing Me Too, Times Up and how to plot revenge on evil white males (disclaimer: creative license with that last example).

Laura Loomer is a journalist known for pursuing liberals. She then posts their reactions online in what’s dubbed being “Loomered”.

If The Project struggles to handle Cassie Jaye credibly, it’s safe to say Loomer will never get an invite.

“My question is for you, Alyssa Milano,” Loomer said as she stepped up to the mic on Sunday. “You are friends with Linda Sarsour [Muslim and co-founder of the Women’s March] both of you ladies have positioned yourselves as speakers and representatives of the #MeToo movement.

“I want to ask you right now to disavow Linda Sarsour because she is a supporter of Sharia law. And under Sharia law, women are oppressed; women are forced to wear a hijab. My question is, will you please disavow her because she is advocating for Sharia law?”

Milano’s response? “She’s not, but thank you so much for your question.”

That is, of course, not an answer. So, who would like to answer the actual question? Here’s looking at you ABC…
