I am not sure I agree with you on that one. For example, as The United States is not a participant in the International Criminal Court (ICC). Also as Clive said about Alexander etc. Like the UK doing deal with IRA etc. So many examples contradict what you have said there. Detention without trial, Guantanamo, Blair in Iraq, etc.

If Greece et al can get away without paying their debts then I really can’t see the Germans invading or any other sanction for us halving immigrants benefits, to start with. My wife is non EU immigrant and she is not entitled to any benefits at all and she pays double the rate of tax than UK citizens.

You and people on here make out we have no negotiating hand. We have a lot better hand than that, perhaps an even better hand than the other side, and giving away our bargaining chips by submitting article 50 isn’t a good start, I am with Hannan on that one.
