It’s time to kick up a stink

Conservatives should become activists for their cause

If there’s one thing the left are good at, it’s in kicking up a stink when they don’t get their way. Now it’s our turn.

It’s clear the Coalition have abandoned conservatives. They’ll be joining Labor in the energy vandalism that is driving up prices. Chris Bowen has emerged from under his rock and he’ll be moralising about all the grifters he’s enabling. The NSW Liberals will love it.

Conservatives need to get their activism credentials up and running. If they don’t like being activists, then they need to put their money where their mouths are.

Advance has been a great vehicle for conservative causes. Admittedly, their successful campaign against former Greens leader Adam Bandt benefited Labor more than anyone, but both the anti-Voice and anti-Green campaigns prove that conservatives can (and should) be activists.

(Seeing the demise of Bandt is almost worth the extra cost of living…)

Keep your eye out for what Advance do next. Join CPAC Australia. Join a conservative minor party. Keep an eye on good folk like Matthew Camenzuli. It looks like there’s plenty of time to experiment and find new ways for conservatives to overthrow the Uniparty.

Whatever you do, don’t do it silently. Stick it to the Coalition at every opportunity, too. We cannot afford another three years of Labor and the Uniparty, let alone six or fifty more years the way the Coalition is going.

Whitlam’s second term was a disaster. His energy minister, Rex Connor, was a nightmare. Hold my beer, says Albo. So there’s hope.

Don’t believe the hype that it will take years to unseat Labor. In the absence of an opposition, we the people need to step up and speak up at every opportunity.

If you want an example, look to Dr Joanna Howe. Leftist academics do this all the time. We need to support conservatives academics to do the same.

The time for being relaxed and comfortable citizens is over. We’ve let the enemy inside the gates.

It’s time to kick up a stink.
