There are some terrible ideas that just won’t die. That’s because the progressives love them so much they’ll keep trying and trying. One such idea is a bill of rights. Now as readers will know I was a huge and vocal opponent of the lockdown thuggery and authoritarianism for two-and-a-half years of Covid.
