How many actually took part? it doesn’t matter what the Jews actually said; it matters what the masses heard. Jews told their stories. They were put in camps, had all their stuff stolen, the camps sucked, conditions were rough, many died. That’s the story the surviving Jews told. Those stories are true.

Except for a handful, who in the decades afterwards wrote and sold lurid books about the extravagant horrors.

I can link to you many, many published accounts of totally ridiculous and unbelievable stories, if you want. Would you like to see some? Most are still part of the accepted historical record, because nobody is allowed to question any detail of what happened.

The ‘Holocaust’ was basically allied wartime propaganda that took on a life of its own after the war. Then, decades later, it was burned into our brains by a variety of Hollywood movies and media presence. You can do whatever you like with movies.

How many Jews do you think actually gave testimonies of seeing mass extermination activities? Do you actually know, or are you assuming?

The Nazis did use lots of Zyklon B. They used it for its intended, manufactured purpose. The same as Americans used the same cyanide compound. To kill lice, which spread Typhus, which killed millions during WWI and WWII.

So, yes, they had basements which were used to fumigate clothing. These rooms which actually DO have cyanide residue on the walls today were wildly unsuited as mass execution chambers for many reasons, such as no easy way to get bodies out. They were great for fumigating clothing, however.

Notice that that is the only document you can find mentioning ‘Vergasungskeller.’ So, you are proposing they had a code of silence not to use it. But this one guy did, and wasn’t reprimanded for it, and the telegram wasn’t destroyed?

Or, was he saying that they could use the fumigation cellar could be used as a temporary morgue while the other was being completed…

‘Holocaust deniers’ pretty much all agree with the Red Cross’s estimate, that I think 280,000 people died in the camps. That’s still a whole lot of people. If you have hundreds of people dying every week in your camp, you need a crematoria to deal with it. There were definitely crematoria; they were also totally unsuited to burning masses of bodies. Why in the world would you build crematoria that could only take one body per oven at a time, if you were killing people on an industrial scale? It makes zero sense.

You are aware that this man, as head of the European theatre, gave the A-OK to the massive firestorm bombings of Dresden and many other German cities…burning to death 100s of thousands of women, children, and elderly in their own bedrooms, the greatest burning to death of civilians in human history? You are aware that the allies had a specific war doctrine of targeting civilian population centers to terrorize the Germans into demoralization and surrender?

Surely you can see why the General in charge of all this might want to make sure that history emphasised other horrors of the war, such as the German’s slave labor camps?

I might be a ‘right wing conspiracy theorist,’ but I’ve never signed off on the murder of 100s of thousands of people. So I wouldn’t just assume that Eisenhower has more objectivity or credibility than I or anyone else does.

You’ve presented…a memo using the word Vergasungskeller, and the existence of crematoria at Auschwitz, and a vague statement by Eisenhower. Is this ‘overwhelming evidence?’ No, it isn’t. You present a few bits, and fill in the other 99% with your mind, because you are sure there must actual ‘overwhelming evidence’ or nobody would believe it.

It’s been an extraordinarily effective indoctrination campaign: most people don’t know much detail about the evidence, they just know that there is huge and undeniable evidence, and that anyone who questions it is morally and mentally unsound.

“In the big lie there is always a certain force of credibility…It would never come into (the public’s) heads to fabricate colossal untruths, and they would not believe that others could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously.” Look into the context of this passage – Hitler wasn’t advocating this propaganda technique, he was warning against it.
