After six months and some delays, Senior Constable Ben Falconer’s challenge to the WA mandatory vaccine directions is due to go to trial on July 13 in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

The matter is set down for three days.

On June 24, Ben Falconer was interviewed on Perth radio by 60 Minutes’ Liam Bartlett, on his 6PR Mornings program.

The full podcast, including Ben’s interview (which commences at about 3 minutes) is available HERE.

During the interview, Senior Constable Falconer highlighted the importance of evidence during his career, and how it shaped his decisions. In the same way, he questioned any situation and looked for evidence, he said he looks forward to seeing an explanation of the evidence and how it has been used during the past two years.

Senior Constable Falconer also mentioned the generous financial support that has been received from donors and his great appreciation for that support. As the trial draws nearer, that support has never been more critical to ensure that the policies and actions of the WA Government are properly scrutinised in open court.
